I choose to stay in this place because it was recommended by a family friend, and I was amazed by the positive reviews, I'm currently spending 4 nights, in this place and I could confirm, that all it's too exceptional, I almost can't figure out why is not a 4 star hotel, I've been staying in 4 and 5 star parisian hotels, not good as the effeil saint Charles hotel.
Location:
Simply amazing, from the street you're able to see the wonderful tour Eiffel, you can take the metro that is pretty close, "Dupleix" line 6, or you can have a walk to the tour Eiffel, it's pretty close, that even the laziest one, like myself obviously, will find it a really enjoyable walk, in this authentic and nice Parisian streets. Few steps from the hotel there's a nice supermarket with all you may need.
Reception: H24 presence, friendly and professional staff, check-in process really quick, nice smiling ladies.
Room:
Simply awesome, really comfortable bed, window on an authentic Parisian rue, safe box, air condition, mini fridge, a 32 inches Samsung TV, with an amazing entertainment system, you can stream all your content from your mobile devices on this tv through a mirrorcast system, really high-speed wifi directly in the room, perfect modern bathroom with shower, all the bathroom amenities.
Housekeeping service really professional, rooms are super-clean Breakfast
Full breakfast with everything you may need to start your day exploring la ville Lumiere, wide choice, from different juices, to different coffees, authentic and original Nespresso coffee, croissants, bread, really yummy jam, yogurts, cheese and cold cuts, breakfast staff, really friendly, and they are really nice, they keep checking if something need to be refueled, and if you need something, outstanding service.
My conclusions, I will definitely comeback, Because it is, and will always be, one of the best hotel stays I've ever had in paris

Recently stayed at Eiffel Saint Charles for four nights. The hotel is very well maintained and is located in a quiet neighbourhood within a 10 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower. The room that we were assigned was modern and very clean. The breakfast buffet was delicious. I would recommend this hotel as a great place to stay in a Paris.

We stayed there 2 nights when we first arrived in Paris. It was very clean and the staff were nice and helpful. It's in a great location near the Eiffel Tower. [The only other comment is that they never told us our shower door had broken when they were cleaning on the second day and so we had to take showers before we left with only 1/2 a shower door. Kind of funny! When we checked out I asked them about it and they said they forgot to tell us]. I would stay here again though!!

A small hotel in the heart of Paris. In a quiet neighbourhood with very polite and smiley personnel. My overall impression is very good. Clean, with efficient space in the room. The breakfast is small but good with nice options in coffees. Train stations are close by, as well as cafeterias, bistros and shops. You can do sightseeing traveling on foot.

I would advise using the hotels shuttle service to and from CDG airport. It's around 36 euro. A taxi would be 60 euro. we used the metro on the way in and had to queue for an hour at the airport just for a ticket. It then took a long time once on the train. Just use the shuttle! Takes an hour. The hotel had the room ready early. It's clean and well presented. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Rooms are small but quiet and clean. Location is perfect! 10 mins walk from the tower. Easy metro links. great boulangerie round the corner for breakfast.

We booked this hotel through a 3rd party reservation, and was not disappointed! Great Front Desk Service, they kept your room key for you while you are gone. Helped find great places to eat, and helped any way you could need. The shower, Oh My God, the shower! The best hotel shower I have ever had. We let them know it was our honeymoon and they made sure we had a great experience! Short walk to two Metro Stops as well!

I couldn't find a better hotel than this one It's within walking distance to the train, to the Eiffel Tower It's clean, confortable plenty of water in the shower Has a towel warmer which I found very nice since it's super cold in Paris at this time of the year Everyone was very friendly and helpful Many restaurants around to have a beer or a cup of coffee Good food a lot of pastries Let's be realistic you are not gonna spend much time in the hotel You just need a comfortable, clean place to rest So for those that complaint about the rooms being small, yeah they are small but you don't need more, perfect for one or two persons I loved this place and definitely next time that visit Paris I will be Staying here for sure
Thank you for making my stay a very pleasant one I asked for a late check out and I was lucky they granted it Amazing place amazing people

We stayed in the hotel 5 days in December and everything was fantastic. We could reserve a room from which you could see the Tour Eiffel by leaning over the banister in the windows. The room had an appropriate size for 2 people, the toilette was very big and comfortable (and amazing shower!). Everyone in the reception desk was a delight to talk to, always helpful and with a smile on their faces. The location is also great, just a few minutes walk to the Tour Eiffel and very close to metro stations. The neighborhood is quiet, with many options to have breakfast, meals and even shop. We would definitely choose Eiffel Saint Charles again in a next visit to Paris! Thanks to everyone in the staff!

The room was comfortable and clean and the staff was very friendly. The hotel has a modern feel, but is still quaint at the same time. We were able to use the number 42 bus along with the number 10 metro line to go anywhere throughout Paris. There is a Starbucks just a short walk from the hotel as well as several other restaurants. I would stay here If or when I visit Paris again. They were also a big help in talking to the people at Charles de Gualle when the airport temporarily lost our luggage (we didn't speak French).

The hotel was clean and modern and sleek, located about 4 blocks from a metro station. We used the metro for an entire week. Room included lovely glass walk in shower, safe, refrigerator, TV, internet and a very comfortable bed. I requested 1st floor and it included a small patio. rates were reasonable for the value. The staff was mostly hospitable but maybe a little stand offish.

Stayed here for 4 nights during Euro 2016 and couldn't fault it, especially in terms of value.
This hotel was much cheaper than some other options nearby and was only 15 minutes walk to Euro Fanzone / Eiffel Tower, or 5 mins if done via tube.
Rooms are quite small, but are very clean and fresh with good facilities. Bar is small but nice enough to enjoy a couple of relaxing beverages.
There are several bars and restaurants within a 5-10 minute walk.

I stayed here 2 nights for my birthday and loved every minute of it. Rooms are very cosy, clean and tidy. Could not say enough nice things about staff at the hotel - always smiling and very helpful giving us advise. Location of the hotel was fabulous as well. Could see Eiffel tower through my bathroom window. Only 10-15 min walk to the Eiffel which was just perfect as i wanted to see it number of times during the day. Hotel is a walking distance to some lovely coffee shops and restaurants as well as 5 min to the nearest metro stop which makes sightseeing a piece of cake. Highly recommended and will stay again in the future!

This hotel has a perfect view of the Eiffel Tower! The rooms are small so if you plan on spending a lot of time in your hotel, get a big room. The staff were very nice and helpful. The shower was very slippery so be careful if you take a shower. Worth the money to stay there. Just a 5 minute walk from the Metro station. Cute little square just down the block from the hotel, with nice restaurants and stores. Great location if you want to be centrally located.

We stayed for 3 nights just last week. The service was wonderful, everyone was polite and the whole place was very clean. We enjoyed the breakfast they provided with my room. They make you return the key for the room when you leave, so there is always someone at the front desk when you come and go. They called us taxis each time we asked and helped us get to different locations we had questions about (even helped us pick out a day trip to Versailles). We loved how close it was to the Eiffel Tower (10 minute walk).

I stayed at the hotel from Dec 8 to Dec 11, 2015 and enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The hotel is close to transportation. I took the bus everyday. The bus was across the street from the hotel to go to the Eiffel Tower but it is also within walking distance.

The rooms were very nice. I was pleasently surprised when I saw the room. My friends told me the room would be small but it was a nice size for one person but it would be tight for more than one person. I did not get a room with the view of the Eiffel Tower but you can see if from the front of the hotel entrance. The room was clean and the staff was very friendly, spoke clear english and were very helpful with everything, especially direction to all the sites.

I recommend this hotel if you are ever in Paris. Thank you Hotel Eiffel Saint Charles.

We rented a twin share standard room with breakfast, we were welcomed with a larger than life smiling faces at the reception. All the employees at the reception were too helpful during my stay, they helped us out with our tour bookings and guidance to all the nearest attractions. The rooms were small but tidy, and a well maintained place. Moreover all the food joints are at a walking distance, so is Eiffel tower. And the hotel provides a wide variety in breakfast, overall a very good place.

There has been much written about the quality of moderately priced hotel rooms in Paris. Eiffel Saint Charles is a clean, modern hotel. The rooms are small, as are the bathrooms, but they are well designed to maximize the space and very functional. There is a nice seating area in reception that can be used to have a drink and read or visit. There is someone in reception 24/7 and when the door is locked. The area around the hotel is a vibrant neighborhood with cafes , restaurants. The Eiffel Tower can be seen from the street and is about a 15 minute walk away. We loved it there.

Visited Paris last weekend with my husband, son and his partner. Went on a deal supplied by rail bookers via eurostar. Have been to this hotel last summer and was really pleased to say it was the same enjoyable experience. In fact probably better in that we knew where we were going and what to expect. The room and ensuite was very clean and warm. Although the room wasn't that big it was a typical Paris hotel room. The breakfast was plentiful with a good choice. The scrambled egg though had a strange texture probably out of a packet! The hotel is in a very good situation for travelling round Paris and a short walk to the metro. In terms of the Eiffel tower it was brilliant to be able to walk there, especially as we had dinner on the first night in the restaurant on the first floor (pre booked on line). The reception staff were extremely helpful too. Will definitely return and recommend to friends.

We have just returned home from a long weekend stay in this lovely hotel. As others have mentioned the room was small but we didn't find it a problem as we were hardly there. The only real negative we could find was that the room was very hot at night and felt unable to open the window as our room was on the ground floor with people directly walking past the window. The breakfast was really nice with a good selection to suit everybody. We found it very convenient to see all the usual tourist attractions and we didn't use the metro at all. Everywhere was walkable and you see so much more. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel and we are already planning another trip in the summer.

I stayed at Eiffel St. Charles for 5 nights in Oct'14. The staff was nice, the room was clean and quiet, free WiFi worked fine, and the breakfast buffet was excellent and reasonably priced. There are numerous comvenience stores and cafes in the immediate area. The metro is a less than 10 minute walk and is a quick and reasonably priced way to get to DeGuille Airport. You can walk to the Seine Riverwalk in less than ten minutes, then walk to: Eiffel Tower; Invalides; Concorde Plaza; Louvre; and etc...

The room was super small, but the bathroom and tub were huge, bed super comfortable, staff nice and the room quiet (all making for a good sleep). So, that was good. But the real draw is the wonderful, not touristy location. You can walk around and sample the goods at the lovely shops on Rue de Commerce, or go the the Sunday market on Grenelle, and really feel like you're experiencing Paris. It's close to the metro and a good bus line, too.
Forget the tourist hordes in the Latin Quarter and stay here in the 15e and fall in love with Paris all over again.

A very well run hotel. A great breakfast especially for the children. Kind and helpful staff on the reception desk and also the ladies in the breakfast room and those cleaning our rooms. Everywhere very clean and cared for. It was great to have the mini fridge for water and fruit drinks as the weather was very hot. A very good location close to the metro and we loved the 42 bus for taking us to lots of interesting places. It also took us back to the Gare du Nord without having to climb lots of steps with our luggage and change lines on the metro! We all loved our stay at the hotel and hope to come again.

We were so pleased with our stay at the Eiffel Saint Charles. Both the inside and out are very well maintained and incredibly clean. The room was very modern looking and the shower was fantastic. Having free Wi-Fi and breakfast was a huge plus. As well there is a bus to Gare du Nord right outside the door and the subway is a quick 5-10 minute walk away.
My only negative, if you could call it that was I wish there was a tad more space for our luggage and a few more outlets. Being a female and not being able to use a hair dryer or straighter in the bathroom was inconvenient especially when there was no outlets near the long mirror in the room. Perhaps having an extension cord would solve this issue. We were a bit leary of the hotel when searching Tripadvisor as the rooms you see on the website are never as good as what you get but in this case it was exactly the same. We made a great choice staying here.

Great location, on a quiet street, approx. 10 min walk to the Eiffel Tower, close to a train station and places to eat. The whole feel of the hotel was great! After staying in four different 3 & 4 star hotels over the course of 14 days, we didn't expect too much from Eiffel Saint Charles, as our final stop. WOW were we so surprised! The rooms were so clean, good use of space, free wifi and nicely upgraded bathrooms. Most EU rooms are much smaller than in the US, so no surprise there - but this was the nicest room by far that we had experienced in 2 weeks, such a great way to wrap up our trip. The staff at the front desk were so friendly, and always provided helpful tips on things to do and see while in the area. The location couldn't be better, with an easy 10 minute walk to the Tour Eiffel, with plenty of great places to eat and local shops to grab bottled water, etc while you are out. Great breakfast available each morning of fresh pastries, breads, cereals and coffee/tea - plenty to get you started on your day. Lastly, I would consider this a small 'boutique' hotel with the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff giving the feeling of staying in their B&B, rather than a large resort where you are just one of the crowd. We only stayed for 2 nights, but will definitely choose Eiffel Saint Charles when we travel back to Paris.

If you're with someone for a romantic time, then this place is great! Who doesn't want to be comfortable, safe and near attractions? When I went to Paris I knew I wanted to be near the Eiffel Tower, but far enough away that I did not have to pay an arm and a leg-- figuratively speaking.
I speak French well so I knew I could have stayed anywhere and I would have been just fine, but my husband knows ZERO French so I had to pick a place that would accommodate us both. I chose the Eiffel Saint Charles mostly for the location. Later, I learned there were many more reasons to be happy that I chose this hotel. I would definitely stay again and recommend it to all my friends!
The Eiffel Saint Charles has great qualities such as the very generous staff, the efficient service and great rooms. One example of the staff's efforts was when our hotel room's air conditioner stopped working during one evening. It felt so wonderful outside that by opening the window we did not even need the air conditioner, but the next morning we decided to alert the staff of the problem as we were going out for the day. It was fixed by the time we returned. Another thing that is great is that there is always someone at the desk no matter how late or early you come in. The delicate room offers a haven for a good rest and I loved crawling into the VERY comfortable bed after a long day of seeing the sites. The rooms are simple, but comfortable. The bathroom might be small, but with as little time as is spent in the bathroom it was not that big of a deal for me or my husband.
You can sometimes hear some banging around in the halls, but this didn't bother me much. Not a deal breaker.
This hotel is close to a variety of foods with flavours and different styles of cooking that anyone can enjoy. There is a Monoprix a few streets away which is a nice store if you need some personal items. The hotel offers sodas in each room, but it is much cheaper to buy your own things and stock up the mini-fridge.
If you head straight out the door of the hotel on Rue Saint-Charles there is a decent little market on the right where you can pick out a daily baguette for under 1 Euro. Keep walking down the same road and you'll find metro line 6. You can see the top of the Eiffel Tower from certain angles-- this just built my excitement of actually getting to see it! Turn right onto Boulevard de Grenelle and walk a few streets over until you see Bistro Dupleix which is a great place to people watch and I found the staff to be pleasant. Just to the right of that is the Dupleix metro stop which is a great place to get on/off at close to the hotel.
With so many comforts nearby, the Eiffel Saint Charles is a perfect, little home away from home!

This was our first trip to Paris and how lucky were we to choose to stay at Hotel Eiffel Saint Charles. It is in a nice, quiet location, a 3 minute walk from the train station, 10 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower with lots of shops and restaurants in the near vicinity. The room was well serviced, it was typically small but quite adequate with a newly renovated bathroom. The highlight was the very welcoming, knowledgeable and professional reception staff, who spoke English. Christophe the concierge, along with the other front of house staff were extremely helpful with local advice suggestions and bookings. Breakfast was adequate and fresh and consisted of an uncooked selection of pastries, toast, cereal, yoghurt, cheese and meats. A great place to stay when you are in Paris.

We enjoyed our stay into your hotel. The services en accommodations were perfect. Lovely room (minibar, TV, Phone, nice bathroom, fine bed) and also a very good breakfast. Very important: the hotel is in the near off a Metro-station. The staff was very friendly. If we ever come back to Paris, we’ll visit EIFFEL SAINT CHARLES again. Greetings...

The hotel was like a "home from home" to us while discovering the delights of Paris. The reception staff were very helpful both on hotel matters and advice on Paris. The hotel had modern decor and everything was clean, tidy and in working order. The hotel, although within easy walking distance of the Eiffel Tower, two Metro stations and several restaurants, was situated in a quiet area with no nigh time disturbances. We would not hesitate to use this hotel on another trip to Paris!!

Stayed at this hotel from July 2nd to July 4th. We had a room for 3 (2 adults and our 13yo daughter. Nice small hotel, very well located near the Eiffel tower. Room is small but in line with Paris standard. Bathroom was ok with a nice shower. Hotel was clean and staff very helpful. Considering the fact that when you are in Paris, you are exploring the city and not staying in the room this hotel was perfect for us. On the check-out day, they can take care of your luggage for the day. Also, around the hotel there is plenty of Bistro, little groceries, convenience store within 5 minutes of walking.

I stayed with a friend for 2 nights, our first time in Paris. We arrived at the hotel at noon, knowing we were early but the receptionist told us she would have a room ready in 20 minutes! She provided us with a map, gave us directions to the nearby Starbucks, and stored our luggage. We came back 30mins later, room ready. We had a lovely twin room on the second floor, rooms are small yes, but this is normal in Europe (and we live in London so we are used to this). Our bathroom was actually spacious, plenty of space for 2 girls to spread out. Everything was newly refurbished and all so clean.
Breakfast was regular European continental, different kinds of bread and some pastries, yoghurts. We were never bothered by noise from any other guests, actually the only time we ever saw other guests was in the breakfast room.
The staff were so friendly, spoke great English which was good as we spoke close to no French. Always willing to help, and stored our luggage when we checked out and we picked it up in the evening.
The location is great, there are lots of bakeries, cafes, restaurants in the area, and only 15mins walk to the Eiffel Tower. Close to metro and bus. I will definitely stay here again next time I go to Paris, I don't think I can find a better hotel at this price!

Hotel room is clean, modern. Rooms have been refurbished. Room is small but otherwise comfortable. Hotel has a small lift which makes it convenient for guests to bring up their luggage. Many hotels in Europe do not come with a lift. Hotel staff were friendly and they spoke fluent English. Hotel is conveniently located, just 10-15 minutes’ walk to Eiffel Tower.
Located very near to Dupleix Metro. There is a bus-stop just 5 minutes’ walk from hotel which has Bus 42 that takes you to the Champs-Elysees and to Galleries Lafayette and Printemps for fabulous shopping plus it follows a scenic route through Paris passing by the Opera Garnier, Madeleine Church, Place de a Concorde etc.
Many restaurants, convenient stores close by. Will definitely come back here to stay again next trip and will recommend to friends.

Stayed 3 nights in this Hotel, at room number 002 (ground floor), and found it excellent. The room and bathroom were clean and big enough to stay comfortably with our 4 year daughter. Everything seems to be perfect especially the colour combination of walls, ceiling, furniture and bed. Eiffel tower and seine cruise point are at 10 to 15 minutes walking distance from the hotel. Eiffel tower can be seen from the entrance of the hotel. The metro station duplex and Monoprix shopping mall are 5 mins from the hotel. Even there is an Indian restaurant nearby for dinner or lunch. Finally the front desk Emily and Sabrina were very helpful. I would like to recommend the hotel.

Hotel room was simply perfect. Clean and well kept. Very modern and quite spacious. Bed was very comfortable complete with duvet covers. Front desk staff were friendly and always ready to help. Great tips on where to go for your basics or essentials - Monoprix was awesome! Best to get to hotel from airport by shuttle service - Metro may be cheaper but not by much - considering effort with luggage and stairs and train strike!

We booked this as a package and after reviews on trip advisor, it certainly didn't dissapoint us. The hotel is lovely and modern and is located close to two metro stations and walking distance to the Eiffel Tower. The staff where very polite and helpful and spoke great English. We where planning on getting the metro here from the Gare du Nord but after a good review that we read we took the 42 bus which cost 2 euros each and dropped us a short walk away. Our package included breakfast which was continental and nice, the only issue we had was the wifi dropping out a lot but I would stay here again and again.

This hotel was a great location for us as it was close to two metro stations and we could even see the Eiffel tower from our window. We were able to walk to the Eiffel tower and plenty of restaurants. We took the metro everywhere else. The room has a real door key with a little tassel. You do leave it at the front desk when you come and go but there was always someone there and it's heavy so I wouldn't want to carry it around anyways; or worse lose it. The room is super tiny but apparently that is standard in Paris. It was very clean. It had a little desk in the corner. The bathroom was clean and a decent size. The Wi Fi didn't work so we had to go to the front desk and they gave us a cable to use. We were there for one night and it was perfect for us. The price was one of the best I'd seen in my exhaustive search and I wasn't disappointed with the price or quality of the hotel.

Me and my husband stayed at Paris nearly a week and this hotel was the best choice for us. We arrived before noon and our room was already ready which was a welcome surprise after travelling many hours. Our room was very clean but quite small, but that is the case in every big city. The hotel staff was very helpful: we got good advice and tips for sightseeing and public transport connections. The hotel has an excellent location: short distance to several metro stations to reach all over Paris, short walking distance to Eiffel Tower and a rapid public transport connection to Orly airport. Near the hotel there is several places to eat and drink, shops and cafes. Still the area is really nice and quiet, no traffic or other noise. Also we ordered from room service which was good after a long day of sightseeing. We had absolutely nothing to complain.

We had a great welcome to this small hotel. The staffs speak English, but are prepared to help with your French if you choose to give it a try. The room was small, like most of the hotels in the area, and the shower cubicle was small. Other than that, it was fine - clean, warm, and a very comfy bed. Breakfast is continental only, although there's plenty of croissant & other bread and a toaster, plus cereals - help yourself. Location is fantastic - 15 minute stroll to the Eiffel Tower, 5 minutes to the local Metro station. Loads of restaurants in the area. The staff were very helpful. If you are traveling via Eurostar, the 42 bus stop is just outside the hotel, and is a 45 minute tour of the city to Gare du Nord. We'd stay here again.

I am writing this review for my parents who do not own a computer but would like to share their experience with trip advisor readers. They stayed for only one night. The rooms were typically smaller but wonderful and extremely clean. The view from their window was lovely and gave a wonderful view of daily French living. They could see the Eiffel Tower, and it is within walking distance. There are shops and restaurants in the neighborhood. The front desk attendants were extremely friendly and helpful. Good value for the price. They highly recommend this hotel.

As most hotels in Paris, the rooms are relatively small but well decorated and with a nice layout. The shower is rather small but the bedding is comfortable and cable TV provides an international mix of channels’ in English and Spanish as well as French. Free wi-fi did not work very well with my Ipad but otherwise, I had a good stay. Staff were friendly and spoke very good English.

Great hotel! Extremely clean, nice and well appointed. The staff are very nice and helpful. I would definitely stay in this hotel during any future visit to Paris.
Couple of points:
- Safe in the room
- Minibar
- Free internet and a nice desk
- Bed is very comfortable
- Pleasant outdoor patio in room 002
- Spacious bathroom
- Very quiet air conditioner
- 10 min. walk to Metro station Dupleix.
- 2 min walk to bus #42 stop, just outside the lobby. This bus takes you directly to many attractions.
- If you are staying in Paris for 4 days or more, consider getting a weekly pass called Navigo Decouverte at any Metro station. It allows for unlimited travel on any metro, bus, RER train within the center of Paris for about 19 Euro plus 5 Euro for the ID (need to bring your photo). The ID is valid for 10 years.

We wife and daughter have just returned from a 3 night stay. The room was very clean and had recently been renovated. The room size was adequate for our needs. The reception staff were very helpful. The location is excellent for the Metro, number 42 bus and the Eiffel Tower. The tariff included a free safe and wireless connection. Although we did not find out until the last day, that each device needed a separate login ID, hence a few connection issues. Overall a lovely hotel and would highly recommend.

However you do need to catch 2 metro lines to get to most places. Great value for money.

This hotel matched everything I thought of for a perfect Parisian hotel! The outside was very pretty with flowers blooming at every window and a great view of the Eiffel Tower in the distance. The interior has been stylishly renovated and was very clean and we received a friendly welcome at Reception.
Our room itself had again being renovated to a high standard and our 11 year old commented that his put up bed was very comfortable! The only disappointment of the room was the bathroom - although clean it looked as though it was awaiting its overhaul.
We received an excellent level of service when we went down to the Reception in the morning and given some very good, friendly advice from a lady whose English was much better than our French! Breakfast was a nice continental style and the ladies who were running it were very friendly although it did get pretty busy at times and we did have to wait briefly for a table on one occasion.
All in all I would highly recommend as a convenient, cosy base to explore Paris! Definitely better than its 3 star rating.

My wife and I were in Paris 5 days 4 nights, we were looking for hotel with ...... good rates, good place, nice rooms, good location .... after check around we decided to stay at "Eiffel Saint Charles".
It is difficult to find a nice hotel in big cities... insecure, ugly rooms, old, bad or noise neighborhood, probably expensive.....etc...
The place is great, a few block for the Eiffel tower, as soon you come to the street you can see the tower, it is really close to the metro station, is half block you can by cheap some food and water. The service at reception was great... Isis, Emily and the team advised us about everything, restaurants, trips, bookings, maps, directions.... etc..... I suggest to ask always first.

So if you are coming to Paris and you are making a decision of a hotel... choose this one!

The bedroom(twin on first floor) and the public rooms have all been modernised. Our room was clean, pleasant, with a good bathroom/toilet. The beds were comfortable and there was no external noise to disturb us. The aircon worked and there was plenty of hot water. Little reading lights at the bedside were useful so that one person could read without disturbing the other. The bar just off reception had a small but varied selection of drinks.Breakfast was average continental, but reasonable.
What made this hotel stand out from other Paris 3 *s was the friendly, cheerful and helpful staff on reception. Both the lady and the gentleman on duty during our stay offered an exceptionally high standard of service and are to be warmly recommended.

Although one of the smaller hotels available Eiffel Saint Charles has everything you need for a short stay in Paris.

The hotel itself has recently been renovated I think and has fresh modern decor and furnishings. It is located close to the Eiffel tower (about 15 mins walk) and its a good base to explore the city due to being close to two metro lines. There are a couple of mini supermarkets near by if you want to get some drinks and snacks. The hotel is down a reasonably quiet side street rather than on a main road
The staff throughout our stay were very friendly and helpful and made an effort to get to know us. They were more than happy to advise us of useful information such as the best street to find restaurants on, how to get to the nearest metro and the quickest way to get to the Eiffel tower.
Our room was quite small but had everything we needed. We didn't hear any noise from outside despite it being on a reasonably busy side street. We had problems connecting to he Internet but the staff were very helpful in solving the issue.
The breakfast room was also small and the staff warned us to get there early so we got a table. We were late down on one of the mornings so had to wait quite a while to sit down, but there was enough food to eat still. The food was the standard continental breakfast which I always enjoy. Everything was fresh. They do not serve evening meals and we didn't try the room service because we wanted to eat out. The lady on reception recommended some good places to eat. Overall we had a very pleasant stay for an excellent price considering we were there for New Year. I would fully recommend it for short breaks in Paris.

My fiancé (who became my fiancé while in Paris!) had booked this weekend as a surprise for my 30th birthday and he really could not have picked a better hotel! We were fortunate to have room 3 on the ground floor therefore had a small courtyard which was a sun trap until about 3pm, not that we spent much time in the room as there is so much to see and do! Our nearest neighbours were across the hallway and there was no room next to us therefore we never heard any noise at all as others have commented on. The room was a good size and our bathroom was massive!
The room was cleaned every day to a very high standard and the maid was a lovely lady (I think the same lady takes care of the breakfast room in the morning as well). All staff were very helpful and friendly.Breakfast was good as far as continental breakfasts go, usual pastries, bread rolls, bread, cold meat and cheese, yoghurts, fruit, jams/nutella, fruit juice, tea/coffee/hot chocolate.
The metros are minutes’ walk away and the Eiffel tower is 10 mins away however you can see this from the hotels front door. Moulin Rouge show is a must!

We did not know what to do, as every hotel in the area was booked by this time. The staff at the hotel could not have been more helpful! Emily went out of her way to find accommodations for us in the SAME hotel! We expected the worst and ended up with the best situation! Extremely helpful staff! Great location! Everything was clean and tidy. Comfortable beds and clean/crisp linens. By all means stay here. You are walking distance from a Metro and from the Eiffel Tower.

We had a bottom floor room - so no views of the Eiffel. But we did have a nice little courtyard outside with outdoor tables and chairs. The staff were extremely helpful. After travelling around Europe, I found the rooms here sufficient compared to what we had previously stayed in. A 10-15 min walk from Dupleix and Bir-Hakeim and the Eiffel Tower with Supermarkets and places to eat nearby. I recommend the Creperie down the road!

The staff were all very friendly and extremely helpful, and spoke good English. It was literally 350 metres from Dupleix metro station and 15mins walk to the Eiffel Tower. I would certainly recommend this hotel for value and service. Breakfast costs 11 euro and is probably good enough value because there is plenty on offer. Having said that, we preferred to go out for breakfast to savour the atmosphere and watch the Parisian world go by.

Travelling to Paris on my own I was really pleased with my choice of hotel. The hotel itself was lovely- a view of the Eiffel tower from my window but most importantly the area was quiet and I felt safe walking back to the hotel in the evening.
